Common questions

Does BidRadar create records in my CRM automatically?
No. It shows you matching notices; a record is only created when you push one.

What does it add to my Pipedrive account?
Three custom fields on Deals/Leads (notice ID, submission deadline, source URL). These count towards your plan's custom-field allowance. Nothing else is changed.

How do I disconnect?
Uninstall the app from Settings → Tools and apps → Marketplace apps in Pipedrive. We delete your access token immediately and your other data within 30 days. See the privacy policy.

Where does the tender data come from?
The UK government's Find a Tender service, which publishes notices under the Open Government Licence.
