Terms of service

Last updated 20 October 2026. These terms govern your use of BidRadar (the "Service") provided by EnJoin Labs ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

The Service surfaces UK public-sector procurement notices that match a profile you configure and, at your instruction, creates or updates records in your Pipedrive account. The Service is currently in beta: features may change, and availability is not guaranteed.

2. Your account

You must have a Pipedrive account and the authority to install apps in it. You are responsible for who in your organisation can use the Service and for keeping your Pipedrive credentials secure. You may uninstall the Service at any time from Pipedrive.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to break the law, to attempt to access other customers' data, to overload or reverse-engineer the Service, or to resell it without our written agreement.

4. Procurement data

Notice data comes from the UK government's Find a Tender service and is reproduced under the Open Government Licence v3.0. We do not control that data and cannot guarantee it is complete, current or accurate. You are responsible for checking the original notice before relying on any deadline, value or requirement. The Service is a discovery aid, not a substitute for reading the tender documents.

5. Your Pipedrive data

Records the Service creates in your Pipedrive account belong to you. We access your account only as described in our privacy policy and only to provide the Service. Custom fields the Service creates count towards your Pipedrive plan's limits; we are not responsible for charges or limits imposed by Pipedrive.

6. Fees

During the beta the Service is provided free of charge. If we introduce fees we will give at least 30 days' notice by email to the installing user, and you may uninstall before any charge applies.

7. Availability and support

We aim for the Service to be available continuously but do not guarantee it. We may suspend the Service for maintenance or for security reasons. Support is by email at support@enjoinlabs.dev.

8. Intellectual property

We own the Service and its software. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it while these terms apply. Pipedrive and Find a Tender are trademarks of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by either.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, the Service is provided "as is"; we are not liable for lost profits, lost bids, missed deadlines, lost data or any indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, or £100 if you paid none.

10. Ending the agreement

You may end it by uninstalling the Service. We may end it, or suspend your access, if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the Service, in which case we will give reasonable notice where practicable. On ending, we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, email the installing user at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
